BIP v Rovaniemi - október 2025
Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) v Laponskom Rovaniemi na Lapland University of Applied Sciences
Na tvorbe kurzu sa aktívne podieľali štyri univerzity – Lapland University of Applied Sciences (hosťujúca inštitúcia), ISLA Santarém University (Portugalsko), University of Akureyri (Island) a Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, Fakulta managementu (Slovensko).
Takéto formy spolupráce prispievajú k posilňovaniu partnerstiev medzi univerzitami a pre študentov predstavujú cennú skúsenosť medzinárodnej spolupráce s kolegami z rôznych kultúr.
From 6 to 10 October 2025, lecturers Anna Lašáková and Lenka Procházková took part in an Erasmus+ mobility within the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) held in Rovaniemi, Lapland, and hosted by the Lapland University of Applied Sciences. They were accompanied by 11 students from the Faculty of Management, Comenius University, Bratislava.
The course was jointly developed and delivered by four partner universities – Lapland University of Applied Sciences (host institution), ISLA Santarém University (Portugal), University of Akureyri (Iceland), and Comenius University, Bratislava, Faculty of Management (Slovakia).
The main focus of the programme was Organisational Behaviour. The lectures and workshops centred around a case study project that students worked on during the week and will later be assessed for.
Such forms of cooperation contribute to strengthening partnerships between universities and provide students with a valuable opportunity to collaborate in multicultural teams. The entire week was held in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, including visits to local businesses and attractions such as Santa Claus Village, a reindeer farm, and Apukka Resort, where participants learned more about life and entrepreneurship near the Arctic Circle.
