Project duration: October 2019 – July 2020

The project deploys a transnational study that would share the insights on the correlation between the growth of coworking environments in V4 countries and the talent attraction and retention of highly skilled individuals. The main project goal is to explore the talent management mechanisms in coworking spaces via qualitative research and produce the following outputs:

1    Policy paper. The goal of the policy paper is to produce a summarized version of proposed study, form set of recommendations for each V4 country, and generally share the knowledge about the importance of coworking industry within new economies.
2    Industry report to help industry experts to better understand and identify aspects of coworking model best suited for local environments and aspects that might be superfluous or detrimental.
3    Academic paper researching the challenges to, and benefits of coworking from the perspective of human talent attraction as well as models succeeding on both attracting and retaining the top talent.
4    Half-day symposium on talent attraction and the role of coworking spaces
(May 27, 2020) aimed at sharing key project findings and connecting the industry expertise with academic research.
