Rigorous thesis was focused on remote work and opportunities for increasing its effectiveness in the post-pandemic era. The main goal of the rigorous work was to analyze the experience of employees in Kuwait with remote working during the COVID-19 pandemic, to identify key problems and find solutions. The aim was also to understand the differences in employee preferences. Using anonymous questionnaires, the positive and negative experiences of employees with remote working and the problems that had a negative impact on their performance were identified, as well as proposals for measures that could eliminate these problems. At the same time, preferences and reasons were revealed for which employees would or would not like to continue working remotely. Based on the results, recommendations were formulated that can provide organizations and managers with guidance on how to make remote working more efficient and attractive. This could lead to better employee performance, reduced resistance to this old-fashioned form of work and the retention of qualified employees. The obtained results also contributed to the knowledge about the importance of remote wroking from a culturally diverse environment.
