Study plan

The curriculum and structure of the study program are based on the fundamental characteristics of a graduate from the International Management program within the field of Economics and Management.

The study program reflects the vision and mission of FM UK, as well as the objectives outlined in the Long-Term Plan of the Faculty of Management UK for the years 2021 to 2027. The content orientation of the program aligns with the development trends of similar programs in Europe and globally.

The program was designed in line with the needs of the business sector and the "enhancement of higher education performance" component within the Resilience and Recovery Plan of the Slovak Republic. A primary consideration in its design was the applicability of knowledge and competencies in international business practice.

Core subjects of the study program are structured to ensure that upon completion, students acquire the knowledge, skills, competencies, and transferable abilities essential for their professional roles. These core subjects provide the theoretical and methodological foundations in the relevant educational area and are integral to the thematic circles of the state final exam. In combination with other educational activities offered to students, they provide access to knowledge, skills, competencies, and transferable abilities crucial for achieving educational outcomes and fostering the personal and professional development of the graduate.
