Study plan

The study plan is rooted in the foundational characteristics of graduates from the Entrepreneurship program within the field of Economics and Management. Specifically, graduates possess a broad range of knowledge in entrepreneurship, economics, and management, and have a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter and scope of these areas.

The program takes into account the vision and mission of FM UK, as well as the objectives outlined in the Long-Term Plan of the Faculty of Management, UK for the period 2021 to 2027. The content focus of the study program aligns with the developmental trends of similarly oriented programs in Europe and globally.

The program was crafted in alignment with the needs of the business sector and the component of "enhancing the performance of higher education institutions" within the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic. Therefore, a primary consideration in designing the program's educational activities (courses) was the applicability of knowledge and competencies in international business practice.

Core courses of the study program are designed to ensure that upon completion, students acquire the knowledge, skills, competencies, and transferable abilities essential for professional performance. These core courses provide the theoretical and methodological foundations in the relevant educational area. In combination with other educational activities offered to students, they facilitate access to knowledge, skills, competencies, and transferable abilities crucial for achieving educational outcomes, shaping the graduate's profile, and fostering their personal and professional development.
