Sexual harassment at workplace – toolkit for legal and empirical research

This toolkit is part of the first pillar and its main aim is to provide a uniform methodological approach to research on sexual harassment for partner countries. However, its design allows for use outside the project framework – by other equality bodies, research institutions/universities or public authorities. It was developed in close cooperation with experts from the project countries.

Assessing Measures Against Sexual Harassment at the Workplace. Manual for Employers and Auditors

The publication presents a practical manual intended for employers and auditors. The main aim is to provide guidance on how to evaluate the existing mechanisms for preventing sexual harassment in organizations based on existing knowledge and proposing changes to this policy before creating a respectful and safer working environment.
