Michaela Poláková
Mgr. Michaela Poláková, PhD. is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management, where she currently teaches courses in Management I, Management II, and Personnel Management. In her scientific research activities, she primarily focuses on the field of management and human resources management, with a particular emphasis on topics such as knowledge management, flexible forms of work organization, and managerial competencies. She has addressed these topics within the framework of multiple research projects and supervises final theses in these areas. She participated in the recently concluded VEGA 1/0441/21 project, 'Analysis of Work Expectations of Generation Z and Assumptions of Its Future Employment in the Labor Market,' along with other scientific projects. Currently, she is actively involved in the KEGA 074UK-4/2023 project, which deals with the cross-sectional implementation of the topic of sustainability in management education at the Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava. She is a trained facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials.
