SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

The Erasmus call for student mobility (study = SMS action) for the academic year 2026/27 is NOW OPEN.

An informational meeting regarding the ongoing call was held in December 2025 via Teams and was recorded.

The call for applications for Erasmus+ student mobility for study purposes (SMS action, semester stays) for the academic year 2026/2027 is open until February 15, 2026.
Students can submit their applications through the Mobility Online system. The application link is available on the Applications for mobilities page, where students can also find instructions for submitting the application. The login credentials are the same as those for AISU.

In the application, students can choose up to 3 options = 3 partner universities, including ENLIGHT universities based on the multilateral agreement concluded at the university level.

The call will remain open until February 15, 2026. After this date, it will no longer be possible to apply for the STUDY mobility for the academic year 2026/2027.

The ENLIGHT agreement is available for all study fields (with certain exceptions listed on the website), but this does not mean that all study fields are available at every university. Students must verify the study options and compatibility with their program on the partner university’s website, or in the ENLIGHT course catalog. The number of places in ENLIGHT agreements applies to the whole university and varies significantly (from 4 to 30 students per partner), so it cannot be divided by faculties at the beginning of the selection process. The number of places will be evaluated by the Rector’s IRO based on demand after the application deadline and will be announced to the faculties, including the names of students who can utilize the multilateral agreement. Evaluation will be based on academic performance, language proficiency, whether it is the student’s first Erasmus mobility, and possible health or social disadvantages as indicated in the application.

A student wishing to participate in mobility in the country where they have permanent residence can only do so with a zero grant. In such a case, all Erasmus mobility rules apply, but the student will not receive financial support for the mobility. Students who will participate in mobility in the winter semester of 2026 cannot automatically expect the possibility of extending their mobility to the summer semester of 2027. The decision regarding the extension of mobilities will be made by the Rectorate based on the development of the project budget at the beginning of October 2026.

The results of the selection procedure will currently be published in the "Results of selection" section, after which the students are nominated by the coordinator of the foreign department at the assigned university. Particular University will immediately inform students about the further procedure. More in the "before mobility" section
