DURING MOBILITY

Changes in LA/changes - within 14 days from the beginning of the semester at a foreign university, but no later than 1 month, the study has time to implement changes in the original list of subjects, ambition is to do OLNINE version

The study must be continuously linked - the student must apply for an extension of the stay at least 1 month before the originally set date for the end of the mobility. In case of positive reaction by UK, the extension must be immediately followed by a date.

Short-term extension (from1 week to 6 weeks): is applicable to both students groups of both Winter and Spring term if, for objective reasons (e.g. exam date, etc.), they cannot meet all the requirements arising from LA within the set deadline. The student submits:

• Application for an extension of the stay (form not specified) in written form with a handwritten signature

• Home faculty consent to extension

• Documents confirming the reasons for which the student is requesting an extension (if available).

Long-term extension - /by 1 semester/: is exclusively to students who have traveled for mobility in the winter term. The basic condition for such an extension of residence is the fulfillment of all the requirements arising from the concluded Agreement on the provision of financial support for studies and LA for the past semester. The student submits:

• Confirmation to an extension of studies from the home faculty

• Confirmation to an extension of studies from a foreign university

• New Learning Agreement for Spring term with new commitments

Applications shall be submitted to the OPE RUK office in writing.

In case that the student's application is accepted, he/she will receive an Addendum to the Financial Support Agreement with the agreed changes
