AFTER MOBILITY

The STUDENT enters into the Moblitiy Online System (within 30 days of the end of the stay)

  • Certificates confirming participation in pre-study activities (language course, orientation week ...), if he declared an obligation to participate in them before the mobility
  • Transcript of Records – a study results at a foreign university. Bachelor's and master's degree students must bring a minimum of 15 credits per semester from compulsory subjects and optionally compulsory subjects. PhD students submit a confirmation that the job description of the stay was identical to the agreed plan (the opinion of the responsible educator - the form is not determined). Based on this, the home faculty will grant them 15 credits.

Credits earned in an academic year must be in a minimum of 15 ECTS credits per semester, otherwise UK will apply sanctions to the student.

Form for recognition of credits obtained during Erasmus studies, the student sends the completed form together with the Transcript to Dr. Vilčeková for recognition as soon as he/she receives the Transcript, after the recognition he/she uploads it to the system as Optional document or Recognition of Faculty

LA– Learning Agreement changes – the student checks if, if he/she has made changes, and if the document is signed by three sides and uploaded in the system /or a confirmed OLA version/, LA After part – after mobility is currently not required to be filled in, as it is a duplication of the transcript

Student report and OLS language test after mobility /if the system is working properly/

After returning from mobility, the student fills out a report through the Mobility Tool.  Each student will automatically receive an e-mail (to the e-mail address specified in the Financial Contribution Agreement) with a note to complete the report and the OLS test, one day after the date set as the date of termination of the mobility. The reports are generated by the system for each student separately.

Recommendation: the student has the possibility to arrange a Europass in which he or she will be recorded as having successfully completed his/her studies. More information can be found on the website Europass.

QUALITY CONTROL OF MOBILITY – SANCTIONS

Students who fail to comply with the condition of obtaining a minimum of 15 Erasmus+ credits will be sanctioned as follows:

number of credits earned - financial reduction of the  grant:

  • 0 – 5 credits 100%
  • 6 – 10 credits 50%
  • 11 – 14 credits 25%

In individual cases, the institutional coordinator may decide on the extent to which sanctions are applied, based on an assessment of the documented causes. These rules are binding on all faculties of Comenius University in Bratislava in the Erasmus+ program.
