Vadym Palchyk

Mgr. Vadym Palchyk

Mgr. Vadym Palchyk is a full-time PhD student at the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management, Comenius University Bratislava, where he previously completed both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Strategy and Entrepreneurship.

His research focuses on entrepreneurial exit, specifically the factors that determine the successful exit of startups and the role of sustainability in this process. He is interested in how a company’s preparedness, organisational setup, and value orientation influence exit outcomes within startup ecosystems.

He combines his academic work with practical experience. He previously worked as a Business Analyst at Aliter Technologies and as a Product Owner and Consultant at IBM Slovakia. He is currently gaining professional experience at Pixel Federation.
