Nikola Salajová
Mgr. Nikola Salajová, PhD.
Mgr. Nikola Salajová, PhD. is a member of the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship, where she works in the pedagogical and scientific research area. She finished her university education in 2018 with a focus on strategic management. She completed her PhD. studies at the Faculty of Management in 2021, with a dissertation focused on agile management in an organizational environment in the context of Industry 4.0.
In the practical field, she works on the project of mapping, analysis and optimization of processes. She also works as a customer experience & project manager in the private sector.
