Mgr. Marián Pálka

Mgr. Marián Pálka is a graduate of the University of Economics and Management in Bratislava, where he completed the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Management program.

He is a doctoral student at the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava. He has experience managing teams of consultants and processes related to the implementation of management systems, SAP, ESG reporting, compliance, sustainability, and the evaluation of business partners.

The integration of academic research with practical experience in organizational management is a significant part of his professional focus.

In his scientific and research work, he focuses on the ESG aspects of organizational management, with an emphasis on ensuring compliance and building trust with business partners. His research focuses on how organizations use ESG aspects, compliance mechanisms, and business partner vetting processes to manage risks arising from external relationships while simultaneously creating conditions for building and maintaining trust between organizations. In this context, he examines the importance of ESG criteria, transparency, and due diligence in assessing the reliability and riskiness of business partners.

His research interests are complemented by his professional experience in the fields of ESG, compliance, and management systems. He focuses specifically on the evaluation of business partners and the use of external assessment tools in sustainability and risk management within supply chain relationships.
