Ing. Jakob Bartošík

Ing. Jakob Bartošík is a PhD student at the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management, Comenius University Bratislava.

His academic and research activities focus on strategic management, entrepreneurship, and processes related to the development and transformation of companies. His professional interests combine academic knowledge with practical experience from the business environment, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial advisory, and strategic consulting.

He obtained his university degree at the Faculty of Business and Management of Brno University of Technology. In his bachelor's thesis, he focused on online marketing communication and proposals for improving its effectiveness.

Alongside his academic activities, he is gaining professional experience at KPMG in the area of Deal Advisory, where he participates in projects related to mergers and acquisitions. His practical experience in the transaction environment allows him to connect corporate strategy, business valuation, and decision-making processes with the current needs of business practice.
