Veronika Vojtilová
Ing. Veronika Vojtilová, PhD. currently holds an assistant professor position at the Department of Management at the Faculty of Management, Comenius University Bratislava. She graduated from the Faculty of Business Management at the University of Economics in Bratislava and completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management and Business of the University of Prešov in Prešov.
As part of her teaching activities, she teaches the subjects Management I, Personnel Management and Use of Psychology in Managerial Work. In her scientific and research activities in the field of management and human resources management, she primarily focuses on coaching, mentoring, and tutoring, as well as talent management, soft skills, and leadership. She has participated in international internships, stays, and conferences.
She has extensive work experience in both the public and private sectors at the national and international levels. She is actively engaged in personal development and coaching.
