Samuel Marko Kačmarik

Mgr. Samuel Marko Kačmarik has been a full-time PhD candidate at the Department of Information Management and Business Systems, Faculty of Management, Comenius University Bratislava, since 2026. His teaching and research activities focus on information management, digital transformation, and the application of modern technologies in workplace and organizational environments.

His research primarily examines artificial intelligence and its impact on individuals, work processes, and organizational performance. He is particularly interested in generational differences in the adoption and use of AI technologies, as well as their effects on productivity, job satisfaction, and the achievement of work-life balance.

The objective of his research is to contribute to a deeper understanding of the changes that artificial intelligence brings to contemporary workplaces and to identify both the opportunities and challenges associated with its adoption in organizations and society.
