Results of Selection

Dear students,
You can view the results of the selection on the website, some of you did not meet criteria - those will be informed by extra email, some of you did not use the opportunity to choose from free universities in case you could not be paired with your first preferences. The final results are fixed, we do not reflect on possible additional requests for a change of location, because we are already starting to nominate - the only possible adjustment: adjustment of the winter/spring/whole year semester - if there was an error on our part in pairing.
Next, we will match you to the assigned universities in our Mobility Online System and we will nominate you to foreign universities, either by email or directly to their online portals. The most important are the nominations for the winter semester or the whole year, the nominations for the summer semester will be repeated at the end of September and beginning of October, and the universities will contact you with further instructions. The first nominations  goes to northern universities - because they have the earliest deadlines. Search for the beginning and end of the semester at the particular universities under the name “Academic calendar for 2025/26” - what our system generates is only for its internal dividing between winter and summer, and you have to adjust the correct dates yourself.
In the second phase, you will enter data and documents into our Mobility online system - to get to the point where the grant agreement will be generated for you - this must take place no later than 6 weeks before your departure - during that period, you will also receive funds from the rectorate to your account. You will probably book the accommodation sooner and pay the deposits in advance.
