BEFORE MOBILITY
AFTER ACCEPTANCE BY A FOREIGN ORGANIZATION
Acceptance by a foreign organization means obtaining a signed and approved Learning Agreement for Traineeship.
The student further arranges his stay from an organizational point of view (accommodation, visa - information: SAAIC, MFA SR, as visa-free travel is basically only up to 90 days).
At least 6 weeks before departure the student uploads the documents listed below to the Mobility Online software.
- Learning agreement for traineeship (the document can be downloaded in the Mobility online system) after downloading, check the document, fill it out and then insert it signed by all parties into the system (we also accept electronic signatures).
- A copy of the European Insurance Card (EPZP) - valid at the time of departure and during mobility
- Copy of commercial insurance - we recommend Erapo, Groupama (must include all necessary insurance for the entire duration of the mobility), in the case of extending the internship, it is necessary to extend the commercial insurance for a new period of mobility
- medical expenses insurance
- liability insurance (applies to damage caused by participants)
- insurance for accident, death or disability
- legal protection insurance - Confirmation of registration for the academic year in which is mobility can deal with sooner enrolment and ISP – individual study plan - solve with the study department
- Confirmation of the date of the state final exam (only final year students drawing a grant in the summer semester)
After uploading all documents and filling in personal data and other data in Mobility online, you will be sent an Agreement on the provision of financial support to the university email. The student is obliged to read the contract, print it twice and send both contracts to the Rectorate of the Comenius University in Bratislava, Erasmus+ Department, addressed to Tamara Žiak.
If a student needs a confirmation of Erasmus student status abroad, he downloads the "Erasmus student status confirmation" form - the document can be downloaded in the mobility system online-SOP and is electronically signed by the Erasmus+ institutional coordinator.
After the contract has been signed by the institutional coordinator of the Erasmus+ program, we will send the contract to the address you provided in the mobility internship application.
After signing, the OMV will send the student to the student's home address.
ATTENTION: If the student travels without receiving a duly concluded contract (signed by the institutional coordinator), he/ she cannot claim the granting of the grant .
Based on the recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic, we advise students to register on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic before the mobility trip in order to receive help in emergency situations.. GRANT AMOUNT
Grant, which student get for an Erasmus internship abroad , represents a student clean income and is not a subject of tax ref. the SR law. It's just support grant so it is not possible expect that will cover all costs associated with the student mobility abroad. Therefore, it is necessary that the student counted on his financial complicity.
It is recommended to get also financial evaluation from Internship Institution /or bonuses for (accommodation, food,...).
The maximum grant is determined by the European Commission through the National Agency. Countries are divided into three groups and individual rates and are given to all Universities in Slovakia to be preserved equality conditions towards to the student within of the Erasmus+ program.

uniform grant is in the amount of € 700/ month.
Calculation grant on the the period of mobility is determined multiple number days and 1/30 of a month grant intended for the particular receiving country. Conditions of grant money payment to student are written in the Grant Agreement financial contribution signed between UK (represented Institutional coordinator) and students.
GREEN TRAVEL
Students are allowed to claim for 50 Euros, if they will use another form of transport, like travel by train, bus, or travel by car shared by several persons.
In application in Mobility Online System student identify way of transport – as green travel. Before leaving on the mobility, student identify in the Financial Agreement (Article 10), type of mobility. In case of green travel bus or train tickets must be submeted.
OTHERS
Student can apply for grant increasing in case of disadvantaged students internships is then €250 per month. More information can be found in the section "Call for disabled people and disadvantaged groups opportunities"
