Short-term internship for doctoral students
Application: Short-term mobilities - TRAINEESHIP for PhD. students (SMP - PhD.)
You can find the application on the website www.moja.uniba.sk in the "MOBILITY" section. Your mobility will then be processed in the online mobility system - SOP. You can register throughout the year.
A prerequisite for the realization of short-term mobility of doctoral students is the completion of a successful selection procedure. The criterion for a successful selection procedure is to write a letter of motivation directly into the online mobility system - SOP. After submitting the application, the faculty coordinator will then evaluate the letter of motivation, while the minimum number of points for a successful selection procedure is 5 points (50%).

How to apply?
- Fill in application form on the page www.moja.uniba.sk in the "MOBILITY" section.
- Write cover letter directly into the system
Documents before the trip:
- Learning agreement for traineeship (download from the Mobility online system) after downloading check it, fill it in and then signed by all parties and insert into the system (we accept also electronic signature).
- A copy European pass insured (EPZP)
copy of commercial insurance - we recommend Erapo, Groupama (must include all necessary insurance for whole length of mobility)
- Medical expenses insurance
- Liability insurance (applies to damage caused by participants)
- Insurance for accident, death or disability
- Legal protection insurance
- Confirmation of registration for the particular academic year
Conditions of mobility-financial coverage
The conditions of the given mobility before, during and after the stay - are identical to the conditions of the E+ student internship

- Mobility participants with shortages opportunities they can claim on the disposable contribution above level basic rates in the amount of EUR 100 at physical mobility lasting 5 - 14 days and 150 EUR incl. physical mobility lasting 15-30 days.
- Participants with shortages opportunities should get also grant support on their travel expenses, there is given special scale for counting it.
