Project Summary:
The project deals with the problematics of work and career expectations of generation Z whose oldest members are completing their university education and entering the labour market. The goals of this project are: 1. elaborating a complex characteristic of work and career expectations of economy and management students from generation Z in Slovakia, and 2. creating a competency model of graduates with regard to the trends expected in the labour market in the horizon of the next 10 years. The mentioned two goals at the same time are the two main project branches, of which the first one deals with the future graduates and their expectations while the second one maps expectations of the labour market and identifies competencies future graduates will need for successful achievement of work goals.
