Project: Framework for systematisation of digital transformation in organisations with the focus on marketing and business processes
Anotation of Project:
The aim of the research project is to prepare a framework for the systemic application of DT, enabling them to start and streamline DT processes to strengthen their competitiveness in an increasingly digital and technological environment. Organisations will be able to determine the value of digital transformation, and its benefits, identify the resources needed and overcome the barriers that await them in the process. A systematic literature review (SLR) using the PRISMA methodology will be executed and qualitative primary research in the form of in-depth interviews with C level executives from various organisations will be performed to discuss their experiences with digital transformation, identify the barriers they have been facing, and gather relevant inputs for the proposed framework. The results of the project will be published in top tier academic journals and summarised on the project website to make them available to all relevant audiences, which include, amongst others, academia, businesses, NGOs, and Slovak government bodies.
