Mária Bohdalová

Assoc. Prof. RNDr. Mária Bohdalová, PhD. teaches mathematics and statistics at Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Management. She mainly deals with the application of quantitative methods in financial investments with a focus on some specific approaches applicable in current economic conditions. She specializes in the use of non-traditional quantitative methods for modeling financial risks. Her research focuses on the analysis of data using mathematics-statistics methods with the aim of developing models suitable for managerial decision making. She is able to code in various programming environments such as Wolfram Mathematica, IBM SPSS and SAS. She cooperates with the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava and Faculty of
Mathematics, Physics and Informatics Comenius University in solving various real problems and research projects
