Vanesa Dobos

Mgr. Vanesa Dobos completed her Master’s studies at the Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava. As an internal PhD student at the Department of Management, she participates in teaching the courses Management I and Management II. Her research activities focus on the competencies of managers for ethics, with an emphasis on identifying and developing the skills necessary for the professional performance of this role. In addition to her academic activities, she works in the field of human resources, where she focuses on employee experience, internal communication, and the organization of events supporting corporate culture.
