Mgr. Monika Vojteková is a PhD candidate at the Department of Management, where she currently teaches an Organizational Behavior course. Her doctoral research is focused on job performance of employees working from home and she is also involved in a project researching work expectations of generation Z.
During her studies she participated in study exchanges in the United Kingdom, Slovenia, and Poland. After graduating with a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Management, Comenius University, she worked as a consultant for Korn Ferry Hay Group, an international management consulting company in the field of human resource management. Currently she is also active in Open HR Forum, an association connecting professionals, academics and students interested in HR management.
In 2021 and 2022 she received Comenius University Grant for young scientists.
