Prof. Ing. Ľubica Bajzíková, CSc.
Her pedagogical and research activities focus on the following topics: personnel management, international human resources management, mobility and migration, remuneration and motivation of employees, employment relationships and social partnerships. She is an author and co-author of more than 170 scientific articles. She has participated in several national research projects such as: VEGA (6 projects in the areas of the human resources management), one APVV project focus on business ethics. She has been also involved in a number of international research projects granted by EU (e.g. 6FP-MEADOW, PECO, CEDEFOP, LLLProgramme and four Joint European TEMPUS Projects in Higher Education), World Bank, Nomura Research Fund (Japan), Fulbright Programme (USA). She has been as a visiting professor at foreign universities such as: UCL, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium (1994, 1999-2001), University of Udine, Italy (1999-2010), Univerity of Padova, Italy (2013, 2015), Manchester Metropolitan University, Great Britain, MBA programme (1999-2000), Whitworth University, Spokane, USA (2004), University of Syracuse, USA (1998, 1999), Pittsburg University, Katz Business School (1999, 2016, 2018), Montclair University, Business School (2017, 2019), Cornell University, School of ILR USA (1996, 1998, 1999, 2004).
