Radoslava Šrútová

Mgr. Radoslava Šrútová holds a position as a doctoral candidate at the Department of International Management at the Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava and part of her pedagogical activities is teaching tutorials for the subject Macroeconomics.  

Her doctoral research interest primarily explores how different cultural dimensions affect the attitudes and behaviours of workers in relation to cross-border mobility in Europe. She focuses on research activities connected to aspects of management and economics in the global environment, international organizations, economic integration, and internationalization. She emphasizes the mutual cooperation of countries and economies in today's globalized interconnected world. She aims to contribute to the academic literature and debates on how to foster a more inclusive and dynamic European labour market. 

Beyond her academic activities, she gained professional experience in the fields of finance and consulting while working for international organizations in the private sector in her career outside the university.
