Lívia Bott Domonkos
PhDr. Lívia Bott Domonkos, Ph.D. is a Scientific Assistant and Secretary at the Department of International Management and alumni of Comenius University Faculty of Management in the field of Marketing Management and European Integration Studies.
She dedicated her dissertation thesis in International Management on the topic: Cohesion Policy in Economic Growth of Slovakia. She studied management in Vienna at Business University (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien), at University of Messina (Erasmus), and at Corvinus University, International Marketing Department in Budapest. She worked in private, public and non-profit sector in the field of grants, EU funds, fundraising, marketing as a project manager.
She has experience as Programme Assistant of United Nations Development Programme at Energy and Environment Unit. She has practical experience in the field of cross-border cooperation and participated in the creation of programmes as an expert evaluator of INTERREG Hungary-Slovakia projects. She is currently active as assessor of educational ERASMUS + grants in Slovak National Agency.
Following this practical experience, in her scientific research she deals with issues of international management, regional economic policy and project management in the contex t of cross-border cooperation and European Union project development.
She has experience with teaching of following subjects: Regional Economic Policy in the European Union, Entrepreneurship in the EU, Management and programmes of the EU, Business Negotiation, International Trade, Seminar for State Exams, Microeconomics, Inner market of EU and International Economic Relations.
She is also a co-author of a university textbook Regional Economic Policy in the European Union. She is main researcher and co-researcher of several projects financed from EU programmes. As a Founder of think- tank institution FutuReg she is active in the field of education and regional development , where the regional development and civic society activities were awarded in 2022 on the map of social innovation of Slovakia.
