Public Folders

Public Folders is a technology that allows user to share an information to other users and not to send them unnecessarily all information directly to their mailboxes. We can compare this technology with a "notice-board". Lecturers use a phrase "I have posted information on/to the public".

Public Folders can not be received on mobile devices!

Web interface

Sign in to Office 365 (tutorial). On the left panel find Folders (Priečinky). Right-click on the link and click Add Public Folders (Pridať verejný priečinok).

You can also right-click Favorites (Obľúbené), then Add public folders.

In the dialog box choose an option you want to add and click Add to favorites (Pridať medzi obľúbené)

Options you have selected will appear under Folders.
