I cannot sign in to my mailbox. What should I do?

You can find instructions on how to sign into Office 365 here. Your login details for Office 365 are identical to the login details for the computers in PC rooms.

In case you need to log in to AIS2, it is necessary to realize that the system is administered centrally by Comenius University in Bratislava and not by CIT at the faculty. Find out more about this service at uniba.sk/ais.

I forgot my password. How should I proceed?

The Center for Information Technology (CIT) manages Office 365 services as well as PC access to the Computer Science Laboratories (LVT).

If you have forgotten your password to your Office 365 account or if you have other problems signing into Office 365 or PC's in PC rooms, please, contact CIT technicians via email - service (at) fm.uniba.sk.

Password Reset via Web Portal is not enabled.

The CIT does not have the ability to manage access passwords to AIS2, Eduroam's free WiFi network, or voblakoch.sk services.

How do I sign into Office 365?

The login details of each employee and student are in the form of the name.surname (at) fm.uniba.sk and the corresponding password. To sign in to Office 365 or PC's you have to use this email address.
