We invite you to participate in the 6th edition of the international scientific conference PEMF 2025 (Poprad Economic and Management Forum), which will be held online on Friday, 5 December 2025. The conference is organized by the Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava, in cooperation with partner institutions.

Conference subtitle:
“How Digital Transformation Shapes New Organizational Paradigms and Brings Challenges and Opportunities for the Modern Era”

The accelerating pace of digital transformation, driven by technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things, blockchain, and advanced analytics, is fundamentally reshaping management theory and practice. PEMF 2025 is devoted to examining this shift through three interconnected themes:

Industry 4.0 and supply-chain digitalization
Human-resource management in the digital era
Management and economic concepts for digital leadership

Papers that fall within the thematic scope of this year’s conference, successfully pass the review process, and are presented at the conference will be published by Springer, in a series indexed in Scopus.
