A just City 2023
Our colleagues Mihaľová Paulína and Gežík Veronika took part in the A just City 2023 workshop in Uppsala on 16 and 17 October.
On 16-17 October 2023, 20 teachers and researchers from 6 partner universities within the ENLIGHT consortium gathered in Uppsala, Sweden, to explore synergies and opportunities for the development of education within the thematic area "just sustainable city". The first day focused on joint learning and discussions on the relevant field of research and pedagogical experiences of the participants. The second day focused on finding opportunities for cooperation in defining new education formats implemented in the new ENLIGHT 2023-2027 project period.
Comenius University was represented by three faculties (Prif UK, FSEV UK and FM UK). On behalf of the Faculty of Management of the UK, the workshop was attended by Assoc. Prof. Veronika Gežik and Assoc. Prof. Paulína Mihaľová.

“My journey to the French city of Bordeaux for the Teaching and Learning conference through the Enlight project was incredibly inspiring and enriching. During this event, I had the opportunity to explore various innovative courses from Enlight project partner universities and engage in a rich program of workshops and lectures. This experience allowed me to discover new approaches to education and teaching, gaining a wealth of knowledge and ideas. Furthermore, I established valuable contacts and friendships with fellow conference participants. During my free time, I could explore the beauty of Bordeaux and savor its famous wines, enhancing my trip even further. Overall, it was an incredible experience that inspired and advanced my career in the field of education.”
